LETA YA SOUTH AFRICA (AFURIKA Y’EPFO) IRASABWA N’AMASHYAKA YA OPPOSITION GUFATIRA AMBARIGO Y’IMBUNDA N’IBISASU IGURISHA U RWANDA AKO KAMWANYA.
Amakuru atugezeho aka kamwanya, aragatangaza y’uko ishyaka DA (democratic Alliance) rikorera muri Afurika y’epfo, rirasaba leta ko ifata ingamba zo gufatira ambarigo y’ibikoresho bya gisirikare u Rwanda, ako kamwanya.
Nkuko byanditswe mwitangazo rigenewe abanyamakuru, ritangajwe na David Maynier, Shadow Minister of Defence and Military Veterans, aragira ati: “Kubera ko u Rwanda rwa garagaye ko rufasha intwaro zo kurwanisha umutwe w’inyeshyamba za M23, bigomba gutera ikibazo Afrika y’epfo kubera ko yagurishije intwaro zifite agaciro ka R100 Million ku Rwanda.”
“Ntabwo tuzi neza ubwoko bwi intwaro za gisirikare zoherejwe mu Rwanda. Ariko tuzi amatsinda yazo”.
Iryo tangaza rikomeza rivuga ko zimwe muri izo ntwaro za gurishijwe ku Rwanda muri Mata 2012, za guzwe amafranga agera kuri R2.4 million zikaba zibarizwa muri “Itstinda C” .
David Maynier akomeza avuga ko agiye kwandikira Ministre wa Defence, Jeffy Radebe, kugira ngo;
- Intwaro zose Afrika y’epfo yagurishije u Rwanda zihagarikwa ako kamwanya.
- Intwaro zose zo mu bindi bihugu bitarimo Afrika y’epfo ariko zinyura kubutaka bw’Afrika y’epfo zihagarikwa ako kanya.
- Intwaro zose zicurujwa habati y' u Rwanda n’Afriak y’epfo, byakozwe hakurikijwe amategeko nyayo yo kwinjiza no gusohora ibicuruzwa.
Iyi taburo yashyizwe ahagarara, yerekanye ukuntu Afrika y’epfo n’u Rwanda byagiye bigurana intwaro hagati ya 2003 na 2012;
