“ Paul Kagame can be indicted anytime” says ICC Chief Prosecutor Fatou Bensouda.
Pretoria - In a recent discussion between Rwanda National
Congress secretary general on the
African continent, Mr Kennedy Gihana and the ICC Chief Prosecutor Ms Fatou Bensouda, it is clear that the gross
human rights violation committed in the DRC with the support of the Rwandan
dictator ( Paul Kagame) is high on the ICC agenda.
“ We do one investigation at a
time, We have completed the investigations and indicted General Bosco Ntaganda after we convicted Lubanga. We will investigate any body any where regardless their positions. At this stage I can not say whom we are investigating
or considering to investigate”. Said Fatou Bensouda

When asked why the ICC has not
used the same principles that were used to successfully prosecute former
Liberian President (Charles Taylor) she reiterated that “if the tribunal for DRC
crimes was to be created today, we could arrest Kagame as I speak”.
“Am real disturbed by the Amnesty
International report and other reports coming out of Rwanda about crime against humanity including torture, extra judicial killings, secret detentions of civilians in the hands of military institutions”. Said Fatou Bensouda.
The government of Rwanda, led
by Paul Kagame, continues to deny her involvement in the DRC conflicts after
several reports by UN group of experts and many rights groups has proved it to
be the case. Meanwhile innocent Congolese and young men from Rwanda are subjected
to fight for unknown causes.
The leadership of RNC assured
her of their support of the work of ICC to help bring justice to the people or
Rwanda and the DRC.

i want to ask a question if this ms. fatou ever been in rwanda.by saying you will support her to bring to justice those who will be required by the icc in which will affect the entire country,where are your patriotism vis a vis of the country.Bush committed crime against humanity,did hear american saying,they will deliver him if given opportunity?the gvnment of israel has committed war crime in gaza,did her Ms Fatou looking for him or israel saying will hand over the minister of defence?you can't lead by heatret and vangence.the core of your political should be the interrest of Rwanda and all rwandese including those you hate.icc has send a warrant of arrest for AL ISLA KADDAFI;did you see the new government in libya handing him over,althaugh killing his father and brother in cold blood.it simple,the destiny of rwanda,should be determined by rwandese and not icc,or security council nor puppet who jump when seing opportunity to seat at the same table with the same people who are responsable for our problemes.The reports,she is tolking ( ms fatou)is being collected by tourist UN peace keeping who has no facts on what going on in DRC or Rwanda.they get paid for being on vacation under blue beret and white tanks to camouflage.how long this mission have been there and what they have achieved in stabilising the erea; ZERO.THE ICC prosecution secretary; Ms. FATOU should look at that.if she want to know if there is human right abuse in Rwanda;she should take a trip down Kigali. by the way don't forget Rwanda is a permenant member on the council,it is an achievement and credit to His excellency President PAUL KAGAME. for you to be in that position you have to be voted by majority who see you feet and correct to represent the continan t. wemen around the globe will bear testimony to his effort to the emancipation of women in Rwanda and beyond. Accredited for his vision on moving the country IT,self reliance and self determination.you were in the same government at once what have you advance in the interrest of your fellow rwandan?name them.we have to adhere to change as no on one is unchable,but with vision,tolerence,self determination with the national interrest.

You suffer from a serious lack of self-awareness Karekezi, and I would advise you to always discuss your opinions with someone before publicising them. And if I were you, and as regards the presentation of your ideas, I would ditch the English altogether and draft them in a language I master. And if you feel the use of English elevates you somehow, please get someone to double-check your syntax and lexis or at least make use of MS Office Word spelling check. Alternatively, draft your text in a language you fully understand and apply google translate from that language to English prior to posting it. The results will be far from accurate but far better than your usual incoherent postings on this site.
