PAUL KAGAME - A SMOOTH CRIMINAL ON THE LOOSE.

Hungry for power President Paul Kagame of Rwanda is slowly, morally decaying and loosing touch with base.  He continues to trade the remains of innocent civilians, the victims of his ignorance of human rights principals of Ubuntu.
